13 answersYou are buying access to the digital itinerary or planner product described on its product page and, where stated, a private trip workspace. Unless the offer expressly says otherwise, transport, accommodation, insurance, visas, tickets, and package travel are not included.
Learn what Rovefold providesYes. Public product pages can show the route, stops, duration, countries, difficulty, summary, and other preview information. The product page should identify which details and editing features become available after purchase.
No. Entry, safety, transport, opening-time, and price information can change. Treat it as planning context and verify time-sensitive details with the relevant authority or provider before relying on them.
After a successful order, the trip should appear in My trips and the confirmation page should display an order code. Keep the order code when contacting support.
Open My tripsRefresh My trips and make sure you are signed in with the same email used for the order. If access is still missing, contact support with the order code, trip title, account email, approximate time, and a cropped screenshot.
Contact supportYour rights depend on whether supply has started, whether the checkout collected the legally required request and acknowledgement for immediate digital delivery, and whether the product is defective. Rovefold does not reduce any mandatory consumer right.
Read consumer rights & complaintsOnly a method that is active and confirmed during checkout should be treated as available. Review the product, currency, total price, and payment information before confirming. Support will never ask for your full card number or CVC by email.
Depending on the product, the workspace can let you change the trip name and dates, organize route days, record logistics and accommodation, add activities and notes, upload supporting files, and export the result.
Your workspace is account-restricted by default. If you enable sharing, anyone who receives the public link may be able to open its read-only snapshot, map, and export. Remove personal or confidential information before sharing and disable the link when it is no longer needed.
No. Keep independent offline or provider-issued copies of passports, visas, tickets, insurance, emergency contacts, and essential confirmations. Avoid uploading more sensitive information than the trip requires.
Social sign-in may be available when enabled by the service. It is optional. You can connect or disconnect a provider in your profile as long as another sign-in method remains available.
You can disconnect a social account in Profile. To request deletion of the whole Rovefold account and workspace, follow the data deletion instructions. Some purchase, accounting, security, or dispute records may have to be retained.
